The Proper Recipients of the Lord’s Supper
Exodus 12:1-28, 43-51, Matthew 26:17-30

Cite evidence from Exodus 12 and Deuteronomy 16 that only adult, circumcised males were to partake of the Passover meal.

How does the solution provided in Numbers 9, allowing those who had become unclean to partake of the Passover at a later time, demonstrate that women were not participants in the Passover meal?

Since women were not eligible to participate in the Passover meal, why are they eligible to participate in the Lord’s Supper?

How are justification (pointed toward by baptism) and sanctification (pointed toward by the Lord’s Supper) different regarding the effort that man puts forth in them? How is this truth signified in the way that the two sacraments are administered?

Among those who profess the faith and desire to come to the Lord's Supper, who should be kept from participating in the sacrament, their profession of faith notwithstanding?

May one who doubts of his being in Christ, or of his due preparation come to the Lord's Supper?
